However, to avoid incurring charges for the next billing cycle, it is crucial for clients to cancel their subscriptions before the start of the upcoming payment period. Cancelling promptly ensures that no further charges occur, providing peace of mind and financial security.

If a cancellation is not completed before the indicated deadline, clients will automatically incur charges for another billing cycle, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. This policy is in place not only to uphold the integrity of our service continuity but also to cover the costs associated with maintaining your account and ensuring seamless service delivery. We highly value the trust that our clients place in us and work diligently to ensure a reliable service experience.

Refund Policy

Conditions for a Refund:

• Eligibility Window: Refund requests must be made within 15 days of the original purchase date. Beyond this period, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
• Service Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the quality of the service provided, kindly reach out to us detailing the issues encountered. This will initiate the refund process.
• Non-Start of Service: In cases where the service has not commenced within a reasonable time frame from the purchase date due to our oversight, a full refund will be provided.

Process for Requesting a Refund:

Refund Processing:
