Payment schedules and terms will be outlined in each client service agreement. Clients are expected to adhere to the payment terms to ensure uninterrupted service.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Other than content you own, which you may have opted to include on our website, under these terms, Triodix and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights for all material related to the services provided. All such rights are reserved.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Services can be canceled by the client under the cancellation policy outlined in the client service agreement. Refunds, if applicable, will also be governed by the terms of the client service agreement. Right now we’re onboarding new clients on Upwork so every payment and refund terms and conditions are according to Upwork. Triodix is not responsible for any changes to the Upwork terms before proceeding always connect with the Upwork support team if you face any issues.

7. Limitation of Liability

The information and services on the website are provided free of charge, however, Triodix shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

Client confidentiality is paramount and Triodix commits to not disclose any information about client strategies, campaigns, and related data without the consent of the client, except as required by law.
