Cancellation and Refund

At our digital marketing company Triodix, we strive to provide our clients with the best possible service. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned, and cancellations and refunds may be necessary. Below are our policies for cancellations and refunds:

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Cancellations of services can be made by sending a written request via email or a written letter to support@triodix.com We will accept the cancel request only on our official email. Cancellations request anywhere else will not be valid.
  2. Any request for cancellation must be received within 5 business days of the start of the project.
  3. Cancellation requests received after 5 business days will not be eligible for a refund.
  4. Once a project has been canceled, any unused hours or services will be forfeited.

Refund Policy:

  1. If a client cancels a project within the first 5 business days, they will be eligible for a full refund.
  2. If a client cancels a project after the first 5 business days, they will not be eligible for a refund.
  3. If our company is unable to provide the services agreed upon due to unforeseen circumstances or issues outside of our control, the client will receive a refund according to usage.
  4. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of cancellation.

No Refund Policy:

There are certain services for which the company does not provide refunds, including but not limited to:
Customized services and products

  1. Services that have already been delivered
  2. Services that have been consumed or used
  3. Services that have been discontinued or terminated by the client

Please note that any additional costs incurred, such as third-party expenses or software purchases, will not be refunded. Additionally, any work that has been completed up to the point of cancellation will not be eligible for a refund.
